Ever heard of insomnia? Well, that's my story lately. It's a really odd thing I struggle with occasionally. But three nights in a row is a little much. I solve lots of "problems" and lay there and think and have half dreams, wake up, then have to "finish" them...save the day, turn in the report, make the person happy, solve the math problem.
I haven't forgotten about you! Have taken power naps when I "should" be blogging, since I can't sleep at night. Also, my camera needs charged & I've been too lazy to charge it. So we've gone lots of places and left Mr. Camera behind.
But life is still beautiful. I've not a reason to complain. At least my W finds rest.

insomnia--where everything is a copy of a copy of a copy... (fight club)
i have struggled with this off and on since college. i think stress happens to be my trigger :(
nothing worse than craving sleep and realizing you don't have an off switch on the brain
i miss you my oldest and dearest friend
may you be granted deep, peaceful, rest
I have been missing your beautiful posts. i went through a patch of insomnia when the girlies where young. Its a bit of a killer. I cut out stimulants at night, relaxed before bed and had a pen and paper beside the bed to write down those thoughts so I didn't go over them throughout the night. I hope you find some rest.

Ah, that is why I am posting right now! I hope we both find rest soon!
I've discovered the beauty of Melatonin. It's a natural sleep aid. Love it.
Mindy, he is absolutely precious. So glad I could see you both last week. He is growing and changing with each day!
I'm sorry you're dealing with that, Mindy. :(
Don't think I'm crazy (okay you probably already do) but I really suggest learning self hypnosis relaxation techniques. I've used it many times and it works wonders.
