Wilder's First Play Date

LAST week our friends Liz and Derek, and their baby boy, Grey, came over for a play date! Grey is 17 days older than Wilder. It was fun to share tips and stories!

I don't have time to write much. Our night-times are exhausting (the work is SO WORTH IT, however). I am on the mend--had a visit to the ER (pain meds didn't agree with me) Friday but am improving every day. Wilder is precious--a VERY GOOD baby who is easy to please. We love him beyond measure!

Home At Last-With Our Baby!

OUR Wilder Raine Dunning Harris was born on Tuesday, August 19, 2008, at 4:42 p.m., weighing 7 pounds, 7 ounces, and measuring 20 inches long. We had an extended stay at the hospital but are finally home and improving every day! Family will be staying with us to lend extra hands, since Wilder seems to think night is day, and vice versa!

Thank you for your prayers for a smooth labor and delivery. Our hard work lasted about 12 hours!
