BY now, your baby weighs 3.75 pounds (like a large jimaca) and is about 16.7 inches long, taking up a lot of space in your uterus. You're gaining about a pound a week and roughly half of that goes right to your baby. In fact, he'll gain a third to half of his birth weight during the next 7 weeks as he fattens up for survival outside the womb. He now has toenails, fingernails, and real hair (or at least respectable peach fuzz). His skin is becoming soft and smooth as he plumps up in preparation for birth.
Happenings:
My ankles and feet swelled for the first time this weekend--not a pretty sight!
I discovered the exercise ball will be nice to sit/lean on/rock with during labor...
Nursery is slowly progressing--about 50% done with wallpaper removal (I wasn't uber enthused to work on it this week)

You look great! I remember around 32 weeks was when I really started to feel big! :) Swelling started about then too.
Can't wait to see pictures of the baby's room.
Sister, you just look absolutely stunning. I am so surprised how "out" your lower belly points. It's not the long big belly that most get. I love it and can't wait until I can touch it again.
P.s. Shawn looks like a nerd playing guitar hero, and I totally agree that the game is way too loud and overrated. Why don't people learn to play real instruments??? ;)
Thank you, Mindy! We are so excited! We definately should get together sometime; I have no idea what I'm in store for. I'll message you my address on facebook. :-)
